Krithika is chief people officer at leading superannuation fund TelstraSuper.
Krithika is responsible for all people and culture strategies within TelstraSuper. This includes the innovative initiatives that have seen TelstraSuper awarded as a Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) Employer of Choice. During her career, Krithika has been a courageous advocate for equality and inclusion. Most recently, Krithika was invited to join the G20 Empower Women consortium to collectively work to enacting change for the prosperity of women.
With over 25 years’ experience in retail, mining, professional and financial services, Krithika believes in the power of leadership, purpose, and equality to drive strong organisational performance and cultures. Prior to joining TelstraSuper, Krithika held senior roles at Pitcher Partners, BHP and Deakin University. Krithika started her career in the United States and has lived and worked in multiple countries across Europe and Asia before immigrating to Australia.
