Lauren is Head of Organisational Development for ANZ at MYOB and a registered Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience in HR and transformation advisory roles. Her current role at MYOB involves developing exceptional employee experiences in the areas of: Leadership, Learning & Development, Performance, D&I, Employee Engagement, Recognition, Community and the development of a new approach to the Future of Work. Prior to this she was Head of Enterprise Culture and Head of HR, for the Technology team, at Australia Post and has over 8 years’ experience in Management Consulting at PwC.
