Lisa has extensive experience leading end-to-end strategic initiatives in the learning domain that enhance organisational strategy and responsiveness, and has worked with some of Australia’s leading corporate, professional and educational bodies to shape workforce strategic plans and capability models.

Lisa’s current role at ANZ sees her responsible for team tasked with supporting enterprise-wide capability development at scale with a particular focus on future skills required to enable and accelerate the strategy execution for the organization.
Lisa particularly enjoys the new product development space and employs her strategic focus to ensure research-driven and insight-led learning product management.
