Louie joined Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific in August 2016 in the newly created department, Customer Experience. In his current role as Director of Customer Insights, Louie is responsible for translating and measuring CX strategy by identifying strategic and tactical customer enhancement opportunities to meet constantly evolving demand and improve customer journey. Louie also oversees the voice of the customer as part of a group and corporate strategy throughout the Asia Pacific by driving customer centricity into the DNA of the organisation. Louie has held an extensive background in Insights development across a number of leading organisations in FMCG, retail marketing, telecommunication and advertising, and with his previous role as Head of Insights at British American Tobacco Australia.
