Louise joined IKEA in 2020 and is responsible for driving creation and sharing of actionable consumer and customer insights to enable better informed strategies, plans and decisions in Australia. Before joining IKEA, Louise worked in consulting & advertising, and has held senior research and strategy roles in Australia, Canada & New Zealand. She has been responsible for managing many qualitative, quantitative, UX & CX, competitive intelligence & strategic initiatives.

She holds a Master of Digital Communication & Culture from the University of Sydney, and a BA Public Relations and Organisational Communication from Charles Sturt University. Louise also volunteers as a mentor at Women in Research (WIRE).
