His current passion centers on helping clients change the role of the Marketing function in Digital and Data age… to one that is more effective in using insights, to drive customer relevant engagement and experiences.
This also means, helping to challenge and re-engineer organizational changes to adjust capabilities, processes and technologies to go with this new marketing mindset.
Prior to Accenture, Marek lead and created analytics functions and teams in a Retail industry, and developed global corporate strategy frameworks and analytics in a multinational organizations.
Marek has an MBA from Australian Graduate School of Management, as well as B.Bus with Marketing major from University of Technology in Sydney.
In his spare time Marek, likes to travel the world (on business and for pleasure)… sample the local dining options, and follow a random range of hobby areas… from automotive, industrial and interior design fields through gaming, theatre, cinema, geopolitics and economic history, to getting lost in future visions of science-fiction.
