Mark Bradshaw

I have 12 years of product and CX knowledge working as a developer, analyst and product manager working across wagering, finance, government and start up environments. I am passionate about all things customer including product strategy, UX design, customer experience and innovation.

I am the Head of Product and Customer Experience at William Hill Australia overseeing the customer and internal facing systems. My previous as Head of Mobile Customer Experience saw me guide the re-design of both the Android and iOS mobile applications for William Hill through 2015/2016. Prior to that I was part of launch, growth and sale of TomWaterhouse.com.
