Matthew is an experienced contact centre leader with over 20 years experience and has led transformation in the NFP and Corporate sectors. He has skills across all aspects of business including sales management, change management and project management with a focus on creating great experiences for all stakeholders and in particular his people. He has led strategic business transformation and has the experience and skills we need to create the Experience Centre, lead the team to achieve best practice experiences and to help us create business processes and solutions that make it easier to do our jobs and connect with more customers and clients, and deliver our services in a customer centric way.
