Melissa currently holds the position of Enterprise Agile Coach with Woolworths Group, initially commencing with the group in the role of State Manager – HR Qld. Starting her career in Finance, she initially held senior finance roles before embarking on her successful career in the learning and development sphere. A qualified accountant and HR professional, she has spent her career working in some of the world’s leading retail, media and finance organisations in Australia, the United Kingdom and Singapore.

Melissa’s experience in the global financial industry, and in leadership and people culture, give her a unique skill set. She has a deep understanding of business drivers and knows how to design and deliver learning outcomes that align with an organisation’s commercial strategies. Highly driven and creative, Melissa has the ability to quickly grasp complex organisational issues. She is an accomplished facilitator, trainer and speaker, and cares greatly about enriching people, enhancing their performance and converting their potential.
