Melitta heads up the Learning & Development function across Australia & NZ for SEEK. Brining more than 15 years’ experience in the design and delivery of people learning strategies and interventions Melitta has worked across many industries both within a consulting and an internal capacity. Melitta blends her behaviour-change experience with positive psychology in her approach to design learning that both supports business strategy and enhance culture. She believes for learning to be effective it must be designed for humans at work, and all their wonderful complexities and competing challenges.
