Melody King is Head of Customer Experience and Customer Culture team at Allianz and is responsible for leading and driving the Customer Program of work. Key elements of this include the Insights to Action program of work, leveraging all available sources of customer insight to both address dissatisfaction and design future state customer experiences. The other key part of the program centres on the customer culture, driving and embedding customer centred behaviours, thinking, ways of working and connecting people with our customers and their lived experiences through storytelling and immersion. Prior to joining Allianz, Melody held senior roles in CX across a range of industries including insurance and aviation. Melody is particularly passionate about both driving customer culture and delivering exceptional customer outcomes and providing customer facing teams with the support they need.
