Michael is the Head of Customer Experience at McDonald’s Australia (a.k.a, Macca’s), where he oversees the national CX strategy and operations across 1,035 stores. In this role, Michael partners cross-functionally to help embed and innovate on the CX roadmap, engaging with passionate restaurant leaders and franchisees to positively impact the experience of two-million hungry customers a day. Prior to joining Macca’s, Michael has worked in a variety of CX roles across a range of industries, including telco (TPG Telecom), streaming (Kayo & Binge), as well as general insurance (CommInsure). Michael hates being bored at work, and loves that he gets to be the ‘voice of customer’ for one of the globes most loved and recognised brands
