Michelle joined CA ANZ in 2018 as the Head of Program Design for the new CA Program, and is responsible for working with employers, CA’s and candidates to redesign the CA program. As a critical strategic program of work for CA ANZ, the redesign has two key goals: to improve the candidate experience and to enable and equip new CA’s with professional and technical capabilities required in a rapidly changing future of work.
Before joining CA ANZ, Michelle was Head of Learning Design at DeakinCo, the corporate arm of Deakin University where she specialised in designing complex, data driven and award winning digital learning programs across various sectors and industries. She is passionate about emerging learning technologies, building professional capabilities and enabling the future of work through the evolution of learning.
