Nicola Mansfield is one of Australia’s leading business change makers and strategic creative thinkers.
Over her career, Nicola has pioneered numerous agency services for customer experience, retail strategy, workplace strategy and brand for place. She has built offerings in professional service consultancies, led agencies, created client-side brand functions and founded startups. She has worked across most sectors including place, retail, property and financial, in Australia, Asia and Europe.
In response to new business needs in a pandemic economy, Nicola founded TheDesignThinkers helping create customer-first change and business solutions in a lean, agile way.
Nicola is also co-founder of AGENCY10X, established to aid agency management. She is a sitting Non-Executive Director for AGDA, the peak national body representing Australia’s communication design industry. Nicola frequently judges awards such as One Club, Good Design and AGDA awards. Nicola is a frequent speaker within the industry.
