Patrick is a passionate, energetic and optimistic leader who heads up Customer Experience at Sportsbet, where he connects data, insight, technology and people to drive and deliver change that results in more impactful, efficient or intelligent customer touchpoints. Prior to this he was at Bupa, spending time in both the Australian and Hong Kong businesses in a variety of roles that all focused on delivering great customer outcomes. He loves a challenge, has an obsession with data and is fascinated by the pursuit for the always moving sweet-spot between customer experience and commercial performance.
