Head of Group Listening Programs | Customer Transformation
Paul currently heads up Woolworths Group Listening programs, spanning over 40 Voice of Customer and Partner listening surveys to ensure customer feedback is front and centre in decision making throughout Woolworths Group. Prior to this, Paul was Head of Customer Experience and a senior leader in the Customer Insight team, managing strategic research projects for commercial buying and store format teams.
Paul has broad retail experience having worked in Commercial Pricing and Strategic Planning roles, helping commercial buying teams implement new pricing strategies and deliver multi year category and joint business plans.
Paul has a degree in Retail Management from the University of Surrey, England, and in his spare time he likes running and trying new craft beers (thankfully in this order).
