Phil has held senior management roles for Leo Burnett and Y&R Group throughout the Asia Pacific region for over 15 years. Prior to his current role he was Regional CEO of the Y&R Group in Australia and New Zealand.
Two years ago he joined independent agency, BCM Group, as a Partner and Managing Director. BCM is a full service media and digital agency, with award winning creative and content capabilities in-house.
