Rachel Guest is an experienced leader who has been in the Energy Industry for over 20 years. With expertise in change management, stakeholder management, regulatory and legislative compliance, leadership and coaching, Rachel is passionate about leading her team through change with positive, open and honest communication.

In her current role as Manager Performance at Energy Queensland, Rachel is responsible for a team of 70 staff who plan, schedule and dispatch customer requested work to Energex and Ergon Network crews across Queensland. In addition to this Rachel is responsible for complaints, compliance and performance reporting which utilises her ability to interpret and implement regulatory and compliance obligations and find efficiencies to deliver positive business outcomes.

Rachel looks for opportunities to develop long lasting relationships with her team and her peers across the organisation and more broadly across the industry.
