Richard Parker is Managing Partner and Strategy Director at Edge, a creative agency with a focus on building customer engagement through content. With a strong grounding in planning across digital, social, mobile, CRM and custom publishing, he is responsible for content strategy across Edge’s portfolio of clients, as well as strategic direction of the business.

Rich built up his expertise in London, where he worked with Seven, Large Design and Story Worldwide before setting up boutique creative agency Better Things, and shared his nous for strategic planning with a large number of brands, including ASOS.com, Aviva, Coca-Cola, Estee Lauder, Johnson & Johnson and Magners Irish Cider.

Now a fully fledged Sydneysider, Rich has been busy building a reputation for himself in the industry. He has a regular column with SmartCompany.com.au, where he writes as the Online Anthropologist, regularly contributes to industry press, has spoken at events including mUmBRELLA 360, B&T MAD Week, the Mumbrella Festival of Branded Content and Entertainment, AIMIA Retail Futures, and the CMO Summit, and has authored a number of white papers, which are available at edgecustom.com.au
