For the past 4.5 years, Rob has led the highly publicised and internationally awarded transformation of Myer’s leading Customer Engagement practice, including the MYER one loyalty program, CRM and Direct Marketing, Analytics and Insights and the Financial Services and partnerships ecosystems.
Through this transformation, Rob and his team have unlocked the power of MYER one to create an insight-led predictive engagement ecosystem that drives long-term engagement and value extraction from the programs 10m+ membership base, turning MYER one into a competitive and strategic differentiator for Myer, and a key driver underpinning the successful and widely lauded turn-around of the Myer business.
With over 8 million digitally contactable members, coupled with a market leading partnership ecosystem providing access to over 36m Australians, unlocking the value of one of the country’s largest retail loyalty programs has been a key focus. With record engagement, the program now delivers 77.2% of the department stores sales and has been a key contributor to the record sales and profit results delivered by the 124 year old icon of Australian retail.
Rob and his team have a relentless focus on accelerating the momentum achieved to date, to leverage better insights to inform improved predictive engagements with members, power insight led decisioning across the organisation and continue to scale their market leading ecosystem.
