Ryan’s career to date has primarily been in the retail sector where he spent 8 years at Coles in leadership positions across finance, transformation, operations and most recently Head of Customer Experience prior to joining Metro in April 2018 as Head of Passenger Experience.  As Head of Passenger Experience at Metro Trains, Ryan’s role focuses on improving all aspects of the passenger experience from journey planning through to arriving at a final destination as seamless as possible.  Ryan holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
