Sam Keninger is the Director of Product Marketing at Medallia. Sam works to understand which problems customer experience professionals need to solve and then shows how Medallia can help meet those needs. Sam has been instrumental in bringing Medallia’s social, text analytics, and mobile solutions to market and is specifically interested in ways emerging technologies will disrupt how we monitor the customer experience. Prior to joining Medallia Sam held various marketing and strategy roles within the Talent Management software space. Sam has his MBA from UC Berkeley and his undergraduate degrees from the University of Iowa.
