Sam is a closet creative who tells bad jokes and has a terrible case of wanderlust. She currently holds the very long title of ‘Head of the Customer Experience Centre of Expertise’ at Telstra- where she (and her epic team) create stuff that make it easy for everyone in the organisation connect to what customers need and want. Sam previously introduced design thinking and innovation capabilities at Citibank Australia and prior to that has had a long history in telecommunications working for both Apple and Motorola. She is passionate about mashing up disciplines like Positive Psychology, Design Thinking and Behavioural Economics for more holistic outcomes and believes human focused capabilities are imperative to the growth of organisations.
