Serena Marriott is a leader in organisation, culture and capability development, committed to creating work environments for people to thrive and grow.
Serena’s experience over 20+ years span consulting and change management, internal communications, talent management, recruitment, organisational culture and in particular learning and capability development. A graduate of Monash University in Melbourne, Serena started her career with Accenture in London. A sabbatical volunteering in Kazakhstan sparked a passion for Learning & Development, and subsequently she joined Ericsson Telecommunications, holding roles in London, Stockholm and Melbourne, including as Global Head of Learning Excellence, and Head of Learning & Development for South East Asia.
In 2016 Serena joined ANZ as Senior Manager, Leadership and Culture where she led the design and establishment of ANZ’s New Ways of Leading through an innovative, habit-based social movement. Serena currently leads the Culture and Capability team of ANZ’s global Enterprise Finance function.
