Stefan’s career to date has primarily been in the banking sector at NAB where he spent over 7 years working in numerous change, transformation and process improvement roles.  Prior to joining Metro in July 2018, Stefan was the Senior Delivery Manager, Digitised Correspondence at NAB.  Stefan’s new role at Metro primarily focuses on continuous improvement of operational process to optimise the passenger experience.
