Stephen is the of Director of Solutions Consulting at Verint Systems. Working in close partnership with organisation of all sizes, the team at Verint design and deliver leading customer service solutions that allow organisations to not just provide experiences to the customers, but to engage them.

Stephen has extensive experience in Business Solution Design and Process Re-engineering. Working with leading brands across the globe, he has supported strategic transformation in a range of industries with particular focus on Customer Experience and the Contact Centre.

Since arriving in Australia, Stephen has assisted private and public organisations, such as IAG, Salmat and The Queensland Government create a unique Customer Experience vision for their future.
