Suzanne Santos has played an integral role in Aesop’s development since its establishment in Melbourne in 1987, consistently involved in critical aspects of the company’s evolution in Australia and across many international markets.
As Chief Customer Officer, Suzanne is responsible for maintaining—and advancing—theunique customer experience Aesop has led for more than 30 years. She travels the world overseeing the company ’s introduction into new markets, working and tutoring consultants in Aesop products and standards, and visiting stores to work closely with Aesop customers.
Prior to meeting Aesop’s founder, Dennis Paphitis, and joining the company at its inception, Suzanne alternated between university studies and raising her two children. Her extracurricular interests range from the politics of food and its distribution to the development of collaborative support mechanisms within communities.
