Tarnya has over 20 years’ experience in Health, Utilities, Community and Local Government sectors. Throughout her career she has led a broad range of disciplines, including Finance, Customer Experience, Marketing, and more recently digital and customer organisational transformations. Her current role is Chief Customer Officer at City of Port Phillip, where she is currently driving a considerable customer culture and capability uplift following a 3 year digital and customer transformation Program.
