Teagan is a Learning Consultant in MBS’ Executive Education team and has worked in workforce transformation for 4.5 years. She has worked across industries to define, design, deliver and facilitate leadership and learning solutions globally and locally. Teagan leverages evidence-based research, frameworks and models to the context and need of an organisation to help them solve their most complex problems. Teagan’s passion lies within creating better workplaces to support employee and community wellbeing, engagement and sustainable behaviour change and development. In line with this, Teagan is currently studying a Masters of Organisational Psychology with her thesis focused on the influence of pro-environmental corporate responsibility, job resources and psychological capital on employee pro-environmental engagement.
