Tony is the Head of Enterprise Design at Westpac Group. Passionate about supporting the learning of ‘real people’ and meeting them at their need in ways that are useful to them. Tony and the team are focused on ensuring both a practical, tangible experience for now and future-focused capabilities to meet the changing needs of the Group and industry. Tony holds a Master’s in Adult Education, UTS. along with a number of professional qualifications and Micro-Credentials.
