TP leads Customer Insights & CRM Innovations for Sephora in Southeast Asia and APAC, using data across the global beauty retailer’s e-commerce and brick-and-mortar operations to drive customer strategy and cultivate loyalty from its passionate clients. Prior to fearlessly diving into the world of Sephora, TP has over a decade of experience in consumer banking where she used analytics across various lending products. She was VP of Marketing Analytics in United Overseas Bank (UOB), spearheading campaign management and analytics for usage and merchant partnerships.
