Dr Violet Lazarevic is Head of Enterprise-Wide Customer and Market Insights Centre of Excellence at Telstra. She leads a centre of expertise, with 5 teams responsible for measuring and understanding customer experience and customer insights, and the market environment. She was previously GM of Customer Insights at Telstra leading the customer research team, and has held numerous senior roles across diverse businesses such as Endeavour Drinks Group, Visit Victoria, Bunnings and a small research agency as well.
Violet is an expert in qualitative and quantitative customer research, data analytics and actionable customer insights. Her training in research began during her PhD in Consumer Behaviour and Marketing which investigated the effects of outsourcing services on customer and branding outcomes.
She has presented customer insights and thought leadership internationally and in Australia and published in several retail industry publications.
