Head of Customer and Category Insights
Vlad Radosavac is Head of Customer and Category Insights at 7-Eleven Australia. He leads a team of research, insights, and data analytics specialists responsible for interrogating and understanding customer behaviour, customer and employee experience, strategic market intelligence, advertising effectiveness, as well as category data analysis.
Prior to 7-Eleven, Vlad held several senior roles at Australia Post within research, insights, analytics and marketing strategy. He has also had an 8 year stint with Nielsen Australia, where he held various roles in consulting services, customised research, marketing effectiveness and advanced analytics practices within the APMEA region.
