Vlad is passionate about emerging technologies as well as the customer value creation, which has led him to the world of cognitive services and advanced utilisation of Conversational AI across Suncorp Group consumer brands, through a great variety of digital channels and service episodes.
Vlad is a qualified Industrial Engineer, holds the MBA degree majored in digital disruption, and is a professional ex-Air Force officer rank.
