We have a number of rooms on hold for our sponsors however they are released by the hotel as we get closer to the event. This is why it is very important that you book your accommodation as soon as possible.

Late bookings may result in you staying offsite at a neighbouring hotel.

1. Please visit the Rydges Resort website, select Rydges Resort Hunter Valley, enter your dates (Monday and Tuesday night) and number of people and click ‘GO’
2. Click ‘I have a code’.
3. In the ‘Block Code’ field enter your Block Code: AM02
4. Click ‘UPDATE’
5. Your special rates will appear on the rates screen
