Accommodation

Important – please book your accommodation for your representatives ASAP. If you do not yet know who will be attending from your organisation, you can use a holding name and update the booking closer to the event.

1. Please visit the Rydges Resort website, select Rydges Resort Hunter Valley, enter your dates (Monday and Tuesday night) and number of people and click ‘GO’
2. Click ‘I have a code’. In the ‘Block Code’ field enter your Block Code: AM10
3. Click ‘UPDATE’ – Your special rates will appear on the rates screen
4. Available for stays on Monday 30th March and Tuesday 31st March 2026
