The Awards Ceremony

The CX Awards are the ultimate accolade in CX to benchmark and recognise CX excellence in the region, and although it’s been a tough few months, they create a much-needed reason to celebrate the industry’s incredible resilience, innovation and leadership.

Following a competitive entry and judging process, The CX Awards culminate for a socially distanced night of cocktails and canapes to celebrate the CX successes showcased in the shortlisted entries across each of the 10 categories.

The CX Awards ceremony will take place 6pm – 8.30pm on Thursday 15th October in Sydney’s CBD. Due to the current restrictions in place and with strict guidelines on capacity and spacing, tickets to attend are even more limited this year.
