Making Measurement Actionable

In this session John will outline his belief that many organisations spend too much time deciding what to analyse, and doing the grunt work of analytics and far too little time thinking about the implications and taking action. The result is missed opportunity.  He’ll go on to describe examples where measurement has caused paralysis and stunted creativity as well as showcasing examples where organisations have realised significant benefit by turning the insights they gain into action.
