Fostering a Student-Centric Culture: Building an Engaging, Scalable, and Resilient Learner Experience

You’ve been personally selected to join your peers for a VIP lunch and roundtable discussion at the beautiful Atlantic restaurant in Melbourne on 9th March.

CX is fast becoming one of the key differentiators in the battle for market share across industries, and higher education is no different. As higher education providers, creating a positive learning journey from the learning enquiry to the completion of qualification is crucial in both attracting more students and driving deeper engagement in the learning experience.

Join 10 carefully selected CX and Student Experience leaders from higher education providers to share and discuss how we can build a scalable, resilient, and truly engaging learning experience for our students. We’ll hear from Leanne Gibson, Team Leader of Customer Experience at Wodonga Institute of TAFE before moving into a moderated roundtable to discuss:

– How can we foster a student-centric culture, creating a positive learning experience across the whole student journey?
– Leveraging automation and real time reporting to create a more personalised experience while driving efficiencies and effectiveness across the contact centre
– Creating a seamless omnichannel experience for students
– How can we build an agile and scalable approach to the student experience to serve us well into the future?

Please click the RSVP button below to confirm your place. Look forward to seeing you there and having a great afternoon together.
