Important – please book your accommodation for your representatives ASAP. If you do not yet know who will be attending from your organisation, you can use a holding name and update the booking closer to the event.

1. Please visit the Rydges Resort website, select Rydges Resort Hunter Valley, enter your dates (Wednesday and Thursday night) and number of people and click ‘GO’
2. Click ‘I have a code’. In the ‘Block Code’ field enter your Block Code: AM13
3. Click ‘UPDATE’ – Your special rates will appear on the rates screen
4. Available for stays on Wednesday 5th August and Thursday 6th August 2026
