Michael is a Corporate Anthropologist, which means, he has a degree in anthropology (the study of human beings as curators of culture). Michael uses his deep knowledge and insights into the essence and structure of culture to support or-gansitions to create high performance cultures aligned as a strategic asset and as an employee benefit centred in a visceral sense of belonging. His work has been acknowledged by Professor Edgar Schein, M.I.T Sloan School of Management, as a world class breakthrough providing “The missing link” for or-ganisations to truly understand what culture is, what it does and how it can be aligned as a strategic as-set.Michael is the author of ten books on organisational culture, values and leadership.
