Invoices

Do you need an invoice for your accommodation or ticket? Log into your event onboarding LINK HERE. On the final page, you will have the option to click Receipt/Invoice, please click and it will generate your PDF invoice for you to download.

Airport Transfers

Did you book on the airport transfer? When you land at Newcastle Airport, meet the driver at the baggage claim area once you have collected your bags. On Friday, please meet at concierge at 12.30pm for a 12.40pm departure.

*Departing Melbourne at 12.25pm on Wednesday 11th June, landing at 2.00pm – Virgin Australia
*Departing Newcastle at 2.40pm on Friday 13th June, landing at 4.20pm – Virgin Australia

Gala Dinner and Dress Code

Get ready for the can’t-miss highlight of the conference – the Gala Dinner! An unforgettable evening bringing everyone together, with a three-course meal, flowing drinks and a surprise speaker. This is your chance to connect beyond the conference room because trust us – everyone will be talking about it the next day!

The dress code is smart casual, no need to pack you suit or ball gown. See HERE, for inspiration to make sure you aren’t over or under dressed!

Event App

You will receive your login details for the event app on Tuesday 11 June. Did you miss the email? Don’t worry, when you arrive at registration, the team will share the details on how to download the app so you can get connected straight away.

Presentation Slides

Loved the presentations? We make the presentations that we have permission to share available post-event. Once you complete the post-event survey (via email) the day after the event, you will receive the link to the presentations.

Photos

Photos are available through the app. We have a dropbox link that our photographer updates with a highlight of the photos throughout the event. The dropbox link will be updated approximately one week after the event with all of the photos.
