One Heart: Re-Building a Marketing Function

Over its 60 year history, the National Heart Foundation in Australia has operated under a federated structure of eight state and territory divisions, from 1 July the organisation unified into a single entity. Chris Taylor was recently appointed as the organisations first CMO to help guide the organisational transition and develop a single marketing team and develop the marketing strategy. Chris will be sharing their experiences on this journey so far, touching on their approach across traditional and new digital channels, building technology platforms with the customer in mind, developing integrated multi-channel marketing, and developing digital analytics and CRM strategies and platforms. And not to mention building a digital team to help fight the single biggest killer of Australians – heart disease.
