You really do not have another opportunity in the market to be able to get this type of access to leaders across the customer experience space. You get opportunities to go out and connect to them on a different level, when you’re going to either the vineyards or having a round of golf. But then you also get to really understand through fantastic content and presentation, how that links into the day-to-day.
