Following the huge success of the Ashton Media’s HR Symposium in the Hunter Valley, we’re excited to announce a brand new two-day and two-night retreat-style networking event designed specifically for the Victorian HR Community – The HR Retreat – which made its Victorian debut in the beautiful Mornington Peninsula in 2025.

Following in the footsteps of the unique and highly respected HR Symposium in the Hunter Valley, the HR Retreat will host 80 of Victoria’s most senior HR and people leaders for two days of intimate networking and idea sharing. The agenda is carefully curated to deliver the best international and local case studies, thought-provoking panel discussions and insightful Think Tank discussions, all interspersed with the time and space you need to have real and meaningful conversations with your peers.
