Yinn Ewe
Yinn is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Hitachi Asia, leading the people and organisational agenda across the region. With more than 20 years across business, consulting, and HR in global and regional roles, she brings a practical view of how strategy turns into execution across markets.
She’s passionate about the future of work, particularly how organisations can redesign work and workforces to harness AI responsibly and strengthen human capability. Yinn is also an Accredited Director and Chair of the Human Capital Chapter of the Singapore Institute of Directors, where she contributes to board-level conversations on human capital, resilience and AI governance.
