Thriving in Tough Times: HR Strategies for Performance and People Analytics

We are now in the era of the employee; our people are our most important, yet most expensive asset, and as a HR Leader, it’s more vital than ever that we’re managing risk and compliance while also driving strategic and meaningful impact across the organisation. But in the context of the commercial pressures we’re all facing, how do we do this? How do we elevate our voice in the boardroom? How can we cultivate an environment of performance that works both in the interest of the business and the employees?

In this session, you’ll be joined by three incredible leaders in HR and People Analytics for an insightful and engaging conversation exploring how we can elevate the role of the CHRO in the boardroom, and how we can arm ourselves with the right data, tech stack and culture to allow us as HR leaders, our people, and the business to flourish.

This in an unrivalled opportunity to engage in a meaningful conversation, talk through our challenges and exchange insights on the top-of-mind issues facing HR leaders in the era of the employee:

  • As HR leaders, how do we elevate our voice in the boardroom and make a more meaningful impact on the organisation?
How can we work to solve business problems in the language of the business?
  • In the context of commercial pressures, how can we do more with less by making our managers and our people more effective?
  • How can we build a stronger case for people analytics to support revenue growth and enable us to make data-driven decisions for our people strategy?
  • How can we cultivate an environment of performance, and a tech stack that works in the interest of the business and our people?
