Following the huge success of the last two years, we’re excited to announce that our two-day and two-night retreat-style networking event for the Victorian CX Community will be returning to the beautiful Mornington Peninsula in 2026.
Following in the footsteps of the longstanding and highly respected Customer 360 Symposium in NSW, the CX Retreat will host 80 of Victoria’s most senior CX leaders for two days of intimate networking and idea sharing. The agenda is carefully curated to deliver the best international and local case studies, thought-provoking panel discussions and insightful Think Tank discussions, all interspersed with the time and space you need to have real and meaningful conversations with your peers.
It’s so easy to get caught up in the daily grind, but this is an unrivalled opportunity to step outside of the routine and away from the to-do list, and instead spend two days working through your challenges with peers, exploring opportunities with prospective partners to help transform your CX strategy, and paving the way for CX success in the road ahead.

Customer 360 Symposium 2027

The Customer 360 Symposium will return in 2026 from 31 March-1 April for it’s 13th year. Encompassing the CX Symposium and the Customer Insights Symposium, the event will bring together over 160 client-side leaders responsible for creating customer-obsessed strategy within their organisations.
The event takes place in the beautiful Hunter Valley, where for two days, delegates can escape the distractions of the daily routine, reconnect with their peers in the beautiful countryside, and spend time focusing on the ever-changing world of customer experience and insights that we find ourselves in today.
