Following years of requests from CX leaders, we’re excited to announce our inaugural two-day and two-night retreat-style networking event for the Victorian CX Community: The CX Retreat, held in the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.

Following in the footsteps of the longstanding and highly respected Customer 360 Symposium in NSW, the CX Retreat will host 70 of Victoria’s most senior CX leaders for two days of intimate networking and idea sharing. The agenda is carefully curated to deliver the best international and local case studies, thought-provoking panel discussions and insightful Think Tank discussions, all interspersed with the time and space you need to have real and meaningful conversations with your peers.

The Customer 360 Symposium will return in 2025 on 3-4 April for it’s 12th year. Encompassing the CX Symposium and the Customer Insights Symposium, the event will bring together over 160 client-side leaders responsible for creating customer-obsessed strategy within their organisations.
