Contact Centre Symposium 2024

21-22 May, Hunter Valley

After it’s hugely successful inaugural event in 2023, the Contact Centre Symposium, will return in 2024 on 21-22 May and create an unrivalled opportunity for 160 of the region’s most influential contact centre and customer care leaders to explore and discuss the changing face and future of the contact centre.

The event takes place in the beautiful Hunter Valley, where for two days, delegates can escape the distractions of the daily routine, reconnect with their peers in the beautiful countryside, and spend time focusing on the enormous opportunity to turn the contact centre from a transactional cost-centre to a value-add for both the organisation and the customer.

CX Retreat 2024

31 October – 1 November 2024, Mornington Peninsula

Following years of requests from CX leaders, we’re excited to announce our inaugural two-day and two-night retreat-style networking event for the Victorian CX Community: The CX Retreat, held in the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.

Following in the footsteps of the longstanding and highly respected Customer 360 Symposium in NSW, the CX Retreat will host 70 of Victoria’s most senior CX leaders for two days of intimate networking and idea sharing. The agenda is carefully curated to deliver the best international and local case studies, thought-provoking panel discussions and insightful Think Tank discussions, all interspersed with the time and space you need to have real and meaningful conversations with your peers.
