A Customer Service Strategy for Driving Growth and Competitive Advantage

With the NDIS landscape having changed significantly over the past few years, NDIS providers now have to find their competitive advantage and position themselves as the provider of choice. This means that better meeting and exceeding the needs and expectations of customers is more important than ever, particularly in building a platform for future growth as an organisation.

Join us for a beautiful three-course lunch as Glenn shares insights on how Scope Australia have reinvented their approach to customer service in order to support their growth as an organisation by driving efficiencies and service improvements, while being better able to coach staff and meet the expectations of their customers.

We’ll then move into a group discussion to delve into the topic in more detail, creating an invaluable opportunity to share the real-life challenges you’re facing as NDIS CX leaders in these ever-changing times. We’ll explore:

– How can we elevate our customer service strategy to boost our competitive advantage in an ever-changing landscape?
– Building an agile and scalable approach to customer service that creates a platform for growth and serves us well into the future
– Leveraging the power of customer feedback to better train employees and service our customers
– Increasing transparency and visibility across the team for more effective workforce management in an era of hybrid and remote working
