RECHARGE Seminar – Building stress resilience

We live in an unprecedented era of uncertainty and accelerated change which is having a massive impact on us as humans.  With one in five Australians suffering from mental illness, often caused by chronic stress (Black Dog Institute), it’s clear that we need better strategies for dealing with the uncertainty and stress that can be caused by the constant challenge and change in the 21st century work environment. In this session you will learn to understand stress and how it impacts you and also, how to use stress to fuel positive change and performance.

Today the boundaries between one’s professional and personal life are constantly blurring with technology making us available 24/7. What is needed is a completely new way to think about how we manage the competing demands in our life.
