Your roundtable discussion:

Digitally Transforming Your Business: Keeping up with the ‘Always-On’ Customer of Tomorrow

Digital is no longer just a core component of our businesses and how our customers interact with us; the technology and digital systems that used to support the business, are now the business model itself. And this has never been more true than during the past 6 months, where the need for social distancing has exacerbated this shift and shined an even brighter light on the need for us to connect with our customers digitally.

Before we delve into our premium cooking experience with two-hatted chef Colin Fassnidge, join your peers for an insightful and candid discussion exploring how you can continue to digitise and connect your business end-to-end, in line with needs and expectations of our customers. We’ll explore how this can continue to support the development of your CX strategies post-COVID-19; what that actually looks like in reality for you as CX leaders; and the necessary evolution of your internal processes and technology systems to help you get there.
